You're going to become an absolute SAVAGE after you follow along with this along with me.  And I'll tell you now, with the amount of variety I've packed within this progressively built program, you're never going to get bored, rather, you're going to be constantly hungry and psyched up to get back in for the next session.
Here's a SAMPLE Day Of The Program...

1A) EMOM x 12 Mins
Odd - 5 Burpees + 5 Strict OH Press
Even - 6 Renegade Rows / Side

2A) EMOM x 12 Mins
Odd - 10 Front Rack Walking Lunge / Leg
Even - 15 Double Russian Swings
***If you're using DB's, do Double DB Outside Swings"

3A) For Time
45 Double KB Thrusters
***Every break, stop and run 200m
***If unable to run, do 20 Burpees
***8 Minute Time Cap to complete
***SCORE = Time completed

This program will require you have TWO kettlebells but if you only have ONE,  you can make it work.  Shoot, even if you only have Dumbbells, you'd still be able to make it work.

The workouts have been designed in such a way that you'll be getting in and out of your sessions in no time and you're going to FEEL great afterwards.

Loading wise...  I suggest a set of 53 pound KB's for men and a 35 pound set for women, but of course, you can always go lighter depending on YOU and you current level of overall fitness and strength.

Ideal Recommended Equipment (in addition to Kettlebells):
-Pull Up Bar Or Rings For Pull Ups
-Ring Or Straps For Rows
-Box (for box jumps and dips)
-Assault Bike
***If you don't have access to these things, don't worry - you'll have access to me for help with making any type of modifications needed - If all you have are KB's, that will be more than enough!
